unfriendly staff

poor amenities

the check-in staff was so unfriendly, it was like they were doing me a favor by letting me in. plus, i was shocked to find out there's no freezer in the fridge! i almost gave a compliment about the cleanliness but frankly, that detail couldn’t make up for the other disasters, so i just couldn’t. also, where was my room upgrade?
